SENIOR DRYWALL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Bothell, WA

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Our client, an established union commercial drywall contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Bothell, WA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of specific commercial drywall experience from a union contractor background. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale commercial projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of commercial drywall project management experience with a union contractor

• Proven experience with projects valued at $1MM+

• Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software

• Strong understanding of union practices and procedures

• Track record of successful large-scale commercial project completion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee multiple large-scale commercial drywall projects simultaneously

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trades

• Ensure compliance with union regulations and safety standards

• Supervise and mentor project team members

• Review and approve project submittals and RFIs

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid (required)

• Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems and assemblies

• Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of current building codes and safety regulations

PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES:

• Excellence in written and verbal communication

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously

• Understanding of union labor relations and agreements

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Additional industry certifications are a plus
