Salary: $120,000 base salary plus bonuses

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Sales Manager to take the reins of our sales expansion strategy and grow a team of five full-cycle B2B sales repseach targeting $7,500 in new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) per quarter.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of full-cycle sales reps across geographic territories
Drive team performance to consistently achieve $7,500 MRR per rep per quarter
Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns, follow up on MQLs, and improve funnel conversion
Roll up your sleeves and join reps on calls, demos, and client meetings as a true player/coach
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and daily sales huddles
Use KPIs and tracking sheets to manage activity, quotas, and accountability
Partner with executive leadership to define sales strategies, incentives, and market expansion plans
Establish a culture of Extreme Ownership, Elevating Others, and Celebrating Success
Represent Stimulus' values and solutions in the community, industry events, and partnerships
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in professional services, SaaS, telecom, or adjacent industries
Proven track record building and scaling high-performing sales teams
Player/coach mindsetyou lead by doing and thrive on helping others grow
Skilled in hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and holding reps accountable
Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work across departments
Data-driven and process-oriented with fluency in CRM systems and KPIs
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing geographically focused teams
Ability to quickly learn and sell a complex technology product suite
Bonus If You Have
Experience in the MSP, VoIP, or cybersecurity space
Familiarity with ConnectWise, Keap, or similar CRM/automation tools
Knowledge of the Jack Daly sales leadership methodology or similar frameworks

Based in or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas, NV area
US citizen
Willing to travel occasionally to markets in California, Missouri, Oregon, New Mexico, and Arizona
