Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Provide information about products and services to customers when needed.
Follow up on customer inquiries and solve any outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate these insights to management for process improvement.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage customer interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
