What you'll do
Design (50%):
Dive headfirst into Adobe Creative Suite to craft a spectrum of visually stunning print and digital pieces: emails, newsletters, magazines, landing pages, one-pagers, ads, infographics, and more.
Collaborate closely with our marketing/communications team to bring our brand message to life with eye-catching visuals that not only capture attention but also tell a compelling story.
Be the guardian of design consistency, ensuring that every element across all channels upholds our visual identity and contributes to our narrative.
Juggle multiple initiatives in collaboration with our CEO, senior leaders, and directors, keeping communication crystal clear on timelines and expectations.
Social media (50%):
Infuse your creativity into social media campaigns that not only elevate brand awareness but also tell a story, driving engagement and fostering follower growth.
Craft and curate compelling content, spanning graphics, videos, and captivating written posts, all with a focus on narrative excellence.
Take the reins in managing and nurturing our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Be the architect of paid campaign designs and copy, adjusting strategies based on trends, historical data, and real-time campaign performance.
Dive deep into analytics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts, using insights to inform and refine future projects.
Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends and industry best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in storytelling.
What you bring to the table:
A portfolio showcasing your 1+ years of design across various mediums.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns that tell a compelling story.
Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Practical understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and Associated Press (AP) style.
Education in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
