Reach Truck Operator

Job Description

Midway Staffing is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently moving, storing, and organizing products using a reach truck in a busy warehouse setting. Accuracy, safety, and attention to detail are key as you help maintain proper inventory levels and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has previous reach truck experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to following all safety guidelines. Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: 5AM-1:30PM & 7AM-3:30PM

Pay rate: $18.38

Duties:

Safely operate reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse or distribution center

Accurately retrieve, move, and stage products for shipping in accordance with order specifications and inventory procedures

Conduct routine inspections of the reach truck and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while strictly following all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

Must pass a background check with employment verifications

Must pass a drug screening

Minimum of 1 year of Reach Truck operating experience required

Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
