Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Inbound/Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls for both our Sales and Service departments. The Call Specialist will assist customers by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and following up on customer leads. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while contributing to the success of the dealership.

Responsibilities

Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and answering questions professionally and efficiently.

Proactively reach out to potential leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on customer inquiries for both the sales and service departments.

Book service appointments for vehicle maintenance or repairs and sales appointments for test drives or consultations.

Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction after visits.

Accurately record customer information, service needs, and sales inquiries in the dealership’s CRM system.

Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers.

Maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and scheduling systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
