Job Description

Midway Staffing is seeking a dedicated and dependable Machine Operator to join our team at a mail printing and sorting facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing and sorting machines to ensure efficient and accurate production. While prior experience is a plus, we are happy to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and write in English, possess a strong attention to detail, and be available to work weekends. Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: 11PM-7:30AM

Pay rate: $19/hour

Duties:

Operate and monitor mail printing and sorting machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Ensure proper sorting and handling of printed materials, following all quality control standards.

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Must pass an IRS background check and federal security clearance.

Ability to read and write in English for following instructions and ensuring quality control.

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work weekends as needed.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and operational procedures accurately.
