Responsibilities

Cleaning residentials including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals safely and efficiently

Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of work areas

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Work independently or as part of a team

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management

Follow established cleaning protocols for both residential and Airbnb environments to ensure guest satisfaction
