Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Mobile, AL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate for a full-time, dual-role position at a well-established wholesale supply house. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package once hired permanently.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and order processing

Accurately pull, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery

Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a counter sales and/or warehouse role

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC products

Proven sales experience and strong customer service skills

Forklift experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent (educational certifications a plus)
