We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for our Southwest Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Location: Southwest Houston

Pay: $15.50/hour

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Description of Duties: Manage large number of calls while assisting customers with various needs. Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Bilingual required, ability to handle large call volumes, previous utility experience is a plus. Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.).
