Job Description
Guild BioSciences is a growing biotech company developing biologically oriented products for dynamic high-impact applications. We are seeking Research Technician candidates with strong research capabilities to assist senior scientists in the development of new biologically inspired products and on-going research projects.
Education/Experience:
The candidate must have a B.S. or M.S. in microbiology.
Requirements:
B.S. or M.S. in Microbiology
A general working knowledge of microbial or mammalian cell techniques, including aseptic, culture, and identification techniques.
Ability to maintain accurate and thorough research notebook and records
Ability to write and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Must be responsible, highly motivated and willing to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
US Person, as defined by the United States Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade ControlsValuable experience but not required:
Biotech industry laboratory
Bacteriology, virology, enzymology, and/or protein science
Fermentation
Mammalian cell cultureBenefits:
