RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.

Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the appropriate supervisor.

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with an active license in PA preferred.

Prior experience with in-home care, assisted living, or nursing facility preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license preferred.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.SCHEDULE:

Hours will vary based on client needs.

Must be flexible and willing to accept shifts as they arise.
