What You’ll Do:

Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associate-level therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs).

Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions.

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all clinical services.

Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development.

Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work.

Assist in quality assurance processes, including case reviews and clinical documentation audits.

What You’ll Need:

A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.

A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associate-level clinicians.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.

Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.
