Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience

Job Overview: As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Leoncito restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a dynamic team, manage operations, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high levels of team performance and morale.

Guest Experience: Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure exceptional service and handling any guest concerns or feedback in a professional manner.

Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to meet or exceed financial targets.

Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet Leoncito’s high standards and work with the kitchen team to uphold consistency.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, are adhered to at all times.

Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies for growth, including marketing, promotions, and special events.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Proven track record in managing restaurant operations, including financials, inventory, and staff development.

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and industry best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
