We are a locally owned and operated home services company specializing in professional handyman, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and government clients. With a reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our B2B and government accounts.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new commercial and government contracts in NE San Antonio and surrounding cities. This is a commission-only role ideal for a hunter-type sales professional who thrives on performance-based income and is passionate about helping businesses and agencies maintain their facilities with high-quality repair and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new commercial and government clients.
Prospect and build relationships with property managers, facility directors, school districts, city/county departments, HOAs, and local businesses.
Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and bids for commercial and government opportunities (RFQs/RFPs).
Track all activity in CRM and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful handoff and ongoing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B or government sectors, preferably in home services, construction, maintenance, or related fields.
Strong understanding of sales cycles for commercial and government clients.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
