About The District Supervisor Position
The District Supervisor will manage assigned team members within a region for Property Services to ensure that quality work is executed. It carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
