Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and execution daily cycle counts to ensure at least 99% inventory accuracy and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily downloads and reconciliation of physical inventory against system records.

Coordinate and actively participate in inventory counts and system updates.

Investigate and resolve variances between physical stock and system data.

Accurately report inventory discrepancies, findings, and outcomes.

Support periodic full physical inventory activities.

Execute inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.

Perform daily cycle counts to validate the accuracy of 99% in Inventory and reconcile Inventory discrepancies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with inventory and ERP systems such as CyGNUS, SAP, and Tress

Excellent in cycle counting, inventory management, and document control processes

Exceptional attention to details, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
