Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Choice and IHG branded hotels in OH/MI. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and supporting General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Lead and support a portfolio of branded properties
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the region
Provide guidance and support to general managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively manage their teams
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of each location
Conduct regular visits to each location to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures across all locations
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews

Required SkillsQualifications:
5+ years of multi-property operations leadership
Strong knowledge of IHG and Choice brand systems and standards
Proven success in revenue management, labor optimization, and guest satisfaction
High emotional intelligence and people-first leadership style
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel overnight regularly
Full-time
