JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Program Manager to lead complex, mission-critical programs in a secure government environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of senior-level program management experience, deep operational expertise, and a proven ability to oversee programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring program alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining the highest levels of performance, compliance, and efficiency.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale operational programs in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational goals.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, government stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to executive leadership and government sponsors.
Ensure compliance with security, quality, and operational standards in a Top Secretcleared environment.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and team performance.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to program needs.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior-level program or project management roles.
Demonstrated success managing programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Active Top Secret Clearance (required).
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) (required).
Proven ability to manage high-stakes, secure operations within government or defense environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
