Position Summary:

Kreider Farms is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Egg Plant team as Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packing eggs in accordance with food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, high-quality eggs.Key Responsibilities:

Inspect eggs for quality, cleanliness, and size before packaging.

Remove defective or damaged eggs and ensure only grade-A products are packed.

Pack eggs into cartons, trays, or cases according to order specifications.

Label and seal cartons correctly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and food safety protocols.

Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

Communicate any issues with equipment, product quality, or safety to the supervisor.

Assist with other tasks in the egg processing area as needed.
