The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:

Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights and recommendations

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in complex financial analysis and forecasting

Deep knowledge of GAAP and international finance practices

Strong organizational, leadership, and project management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, A/P, payroll, and general ledger activities

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

Evaluate and enhance internal accounting procedures to support strategic goals

Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations

Coordinate annual audits and tax filings for affiliated entities

Maintain fiscal records and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions

Lead annual budget planning and cash flow forecasting

Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Prepare monthly and quarterly variance reports comparing actuals to budges
