Help Desk Technician

Job Description

Synergis Technologies, the region’s leader in engineering, architectural, civil and manufacturing design solutions is searching for a Helpdesk Technician who is extremely motivated to grow their career with Synergis. The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for first line product support with Synergis Customers by answering calls from customers needing assistance in resolving technical issues with their software.

Requirements

Minimum 3-years exposure to CAD applications with a focus in Architectural/Civil software (Revit or Civil 3D, and AutoCAD based applications) and a working knowledge of Engineering Data Management solutions (Vault).

An understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suites

An understanding of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft Windows Networks

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent note taking abilities

Strong customer service skills partnered with the desire to resolve issues successfully for the customer

Ability to learn new software programs with limited instruction

The ability and drive to research and solve problems

The ability and desire to be an ambassador for Synergis Technologies Technical Services

An ability to accurately understand issues as presented and to provide a resolution to such issues in a timely manner

The ability to work 8:30am to 5:30pm at our Quakertown office and/or home office.
