Multifamily Superintendent

We’re looking for a Superintendent with extensive multifamily construction experience to lead on-site operations and ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will:

Adapt effectively to project changes and challenges while maintaining efficiency and quality.

Take a hands-on leadership approach, ensuring projects are built to the highest standards.Qualifications:

7+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects, including garden-style, podium, wrap, and mid-rise developments.

Strong technical knowledge of wood-frame construction, MEP coordination, building systems, and finishes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to mentor and train team members.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience with BIM, SureTrak, and Procore software (preferred).Responsibilities:

Report to the General Superintendent and oversee all on-site construction activities.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, forepersons, installers, and laborers to maintain efficient operations.

Work closely with the Project Manager, sharing leadership responsibilities and mentoring Project Engineers.

Schedule and manage 25 to 100 tradespeople, ensuring proper coordination across disciplines.

Verify scope of work, construction methods, and project execution strategies.

Ensure permits and licenses are secured and up to date.

Coordinate inspections and compliance requirements.

Maintain workflow efficiency, ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality.

Oversee job site safety to protect workers and ensure OSHA compliance.

Manage quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
