What Youll Do:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical and hydraulic systems (yes, cab pulls and turbo jobs too).

Perform thorough inspections and preventive maintenance with precision.

Create accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with advisors (you are in control of your paycheck).

Keep your bay and tools clean, organized, and ready to roll.

Mentor junior techs and collaborate with teammates to keep the workflow sharp.

Stay current with diesel techASE certifications supported and encouraged.

What You Bring:

5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience.

Mastery of diagnostic tools and modern diesel systems.

Deep knowledge of Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke platforms.

Solid communication, team-first mindset, and a customer-focused work ethic.

Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.

Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling the jobs demands.
