Our client in Chetek is seeking 1st & 2nd Shift Assemblers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st & 2nd Shift Assembly

Location: Chetek, WI

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18/hr

What's the Job?

Assemble components and products according to specifications.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

What's Needed?

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
