Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Large Brake Press Operator to join their team. As a Large Brake Press Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to read and understand blueprints, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 1st M-F 6:30a-3p or 2nd: 3p-11:30p, OT may be required
Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $26.79 per hour, $2 shift differential for 2nd shift
What's the Job?
Operation of various brake presses to produce parts safely and efficiently.
Perform a variety of machine setups and production involving forming, shaping, and perforating.
Report labor and job data accurately to maintain workflow.
Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards throughout the production process.
Keep a clean and organized work area while performing other tasks as assigned by supervision.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Satisfactory completion of Press Brake Training course is required onsite.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial; previous experience as a press operator is desired.
Ability to read and understand route sheets and blueprints.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 24 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
