We are looking for a skilled manufacturing assembler to join our team! This role involves assembling fabricated parts, testing calibrating components, and performing minor repairs. You'll use hand and power tools to ensure product specifications are met.
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Rate: $24.25/hr. - $27.00/hr.
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and C/D shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts at floor stations according to specifications
Test and calibrate mechanisms to meet tolerances
Identify and repair units that do not meet tolerance levels
Work under immediate supervisor and follow established guidelines
Requirements:
U.S Citizenship required
1-2 years of tenured experience working for a past employer
Relevant experience must be recent within the past 5 years
Preferred clean room environment experience
Must have great dexterity for small parts
Strong English comprehension
Strong computer comprehension
Comfortable using a microscope for long hours
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Must have perfect attendance for bonus eligibility
Bonus Program:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
Additional $1,000 at 60-90 days Preferred Experience:
Clean room environment experience
Experience in the Aerospace industry
Experience with a microscope
