Litigation Associate Attorney

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington, Austin, or Houston office.

Note: Our client is hiring both mid-level and senior associates.

Bonuses: Typically range from an additional $20,000 to $30,000 on top of the salary listed in this ad.

Job Description:

Work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management

Conduct document review and legal research

Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and responses

Take depositions and attend mediations

Prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of litigation experience

Licensed to practice law in Texas

Preferred, but not required: experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law

Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure

Excellent communication and organizational skills
