What We’re Looking for in You:

Experience: At least 2 years in extrusion (bonus points if you’ve worked with LDPE foam!)

Skills: Strong math, communication, and time management skills. If you’re a whiz with digital calipers and can read product drawings, you’re a perfect fit.

Adaptability: Willing to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts when needed. You’ll love the fast-paced environment!
