Department: YVMC Co-Responder Program

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center is pleased to offer long-term employee housing at Creek's End, a 42-unit development consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom pet-friendly condos located just over a mile from the hospital campus. Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Service or Behavioral Health related field.

State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC-C) or a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFT-C) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), Social Work Candidate (SWC) or State licensure as Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
