MDK, an innovative law firm, is seeking a proactive and reliable Level 2 Help Desk Technician to provide essential first-line support for our internal teams. As a trusted partner, you’ll support our Windows-based virtual desktop environment (VDI), leveraging tools like Microsoft Azure Entra and other modern systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for technical issues via help desk tickets or direct contact with internal customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows-based virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), including connectivity and performance errors.
Support a variety of customized software applications, including managing user accounts, onboarding new users, and setting up client system sites.
This is a fully in-office position, requiring regular onsite presence to collaborate with the team.
Manage identity and access tasks using Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Entra, including account provisioning and password resets.
Handle onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and user account creation.
Communicate technical issues clearly and empathetically to users, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
Collaborate with team members and departments to identify and resolve recurring problems.
Support hardware lifecycle management, including imaging, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Provide remote support for employees, troubleshooting issues with VPN, printers, Microsoft 365, and virtual desktops.
Uphold IT policies and security protocols.
Minimal travel may be required to support remote offices.

Schedule & Benefits:
Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours. MDK provides a comprehensive benefit package, which includes:
An hourly wage of $27-$32/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Annual compensation ranges from $56,160 to $66,560. Compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant industry experience, education, and specific skills that align with the responsibilities of the role.
