Job Responsibilities:

Meet assigned goals based on your line of business.

Make a designated number of daily phone calls and negotiate arrangements effectively.

Collect and assess financial information from debtors.

Perform skip tracing as needed to locate debtors.

Document all communication efforts in accordance with company and client standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3rd party collections is required.

Collection management experience is a plus.

Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.) is essential.

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.

Proficiency in data entry across multiple computer databases is required.
