Telecom Expense Administrator

Job Description

Join us and contribute to delivering seamless and high-quality live television broadcasts to audiences worldwide. We are seeking a Telecom Expense Administrator to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze all telecom invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms.

Responsibilities:

Review all telecom invoices to ensure billing is according to contract terms.

Identify billing errors and discrepancies or savings opportunities for the Order Manager and Director of Network Operations to review or query with the provider.

Investigate billing discrepancies or credits and be able to reconcile the account.

Ensure that all invoices have been received by tracking them through a log.

Manage invoices for accuracy and timely payment which includes entering them into the accounting software and obtaining approvals.

Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications:

A background in the telcom industry is desired.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Must be organized and meticulous and have a sense of urgency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.

As this role is based out of our Henderson, NV office, candidates must be able to relocate or commute to our Henderson, NV headquarters.
