Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Full Time

Location: Santa Teresa, NM

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, 4-10 Hour Days (No weekends)

Country Club Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-owned family practice that has proudly served El Paso and Southern New Mexico for over 35 years. We’re known for our compassionate, long-term care and are excited to grow our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and is committed to building lasting patient relationships.

Is self-motivated and dependable, with excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive patient care including exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, and education

Perform physical exams and obtain detailed health histories

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions

Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Support and collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Licensed in the State of New Mexico (NP or PA)

DEA license

AANP certification (for NPs)

DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred

Previous experience in a primary care or family medicine setting is a plus
