We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Accounting Systems ERP Onboarding Manager-Leader-Key Go To Person with a strong accounting background to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Accounting Systems ERP onboarding process.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
Manage the data migration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data from legacy systems to the new ERP.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the ERP system to maximize its efficient usage.
Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and FAQs to assist users with the system.
Monitor and troubleshoot post-implementation issues, providing solutions to improve user experience and system performance.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the ERP system and its alignment with financial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Experience working in an Accounting role prior to becoming an accounting-ERP Software Specialist.
Proven experience in accounting with a strong understanding of "Project Based Accounting" processes and principles for industries including (and not limited to) Automation Machinery Build-Design-Delivery for external business customers, Engineering Services or Systems Build-Design-Deliver, Advertising-Media-Digital Marketing Services for external business customers, Building Architecture or Construction Services for external business customers or experience working in another industry that used project-based accounting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation, preferably in a finance context; experience with Oracle Fusion is a big plus.
Experience enabling, training and successfully working with Accounting users to change their workflows in order to align with the ERP systems workflow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address system-related challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and collaboration with teams.
Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy and data integrity in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
