Job Description
EMH&T is looking for a Project Administrator to work with our Industrial & Logistics team located in Columbus, OH.
The Industrial & Logistics team supports rail clients, trucking facilities, pump stations, lumber yards, car dealerships, medical campuses, single-family home projects and more.
Responsibilities
Provide support by attending staff meetings, creating and maintaining records on work in progress, providing updates on deadlines and work submissions.
Using an understanding of the project scope and the consulting services delivered, provide data collection or data requests with internal divisions, clients, agencies, utilities, materials suppliers, and other stakeholders as directed and needed by project managers.
Provide other administrative support such as developing arranging deliveries, ordering materials, initiating project numbers, scanning contracts, arrange and set up meetings, preparing meeting minutes, training sessions, gather documents needed for proposals, maintain electronic filing systems, archiving, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Work experience, including internships or co-op experiences in a professional office setting and exposure to engineering consulting firm environment, preferred.
