JL Directive is seeking in person in home sales presentation agents in and around the Columbus Metro area to cover pre set prequalified appointments selling above ground pools for one of the most recognized pool makers in America. The job itself is very simple and the sales agent will be compensated 25 dollars per 90 minute presentation after the 2 and half day training which is not paid. The 25 dollar guarantee applies even if the deal is closed on top of your commision. Average commision on a close is 600 to 700 dollars and you will have 2 to 3 sometimes 4 chances everyday to make that 600 to 700 commision. Again all appointments are made for you, the customer is already prequalified, the hard work is done for you the product sells itself we just need people to present the product to customers.

The pay is very rewarding along with having fun prenenting something most people want in thier backyards in the summer time . If you are good at what you do we will invite you back to work next season along with a hefty bonus ...

If you are traveling to the training location nearest and it is more than 50 miles lodging will be provided to you at no cost and breakfast. Note if you are elegible for lodging during training it will have to be you and you only in the room or be prepared to pay for an extra person if you must bring someone along. Applicants intererested in this position must have verifiable in person sales experience as we will contact one or 2 of your referances before an offer of work is extended. After the unpaid 2 and half day training agents must be available 6 days per week usaul business hours to cover 2 to 3 on certain cases 4, 90 min presentations per day that you will be texted everyday to cover. Closing rate is currently @ 40 -50% . You will close on a deal per day or 2.

The average commission on one closed deal is 600 to 700 dollars. Again this is a commision only position however you are paid a guarantee of 25 dollars per 90 minute presentation even if you dont close on that location. Training will start in Columbus this upcoming Sunday the 25th, we have a few seats left in the training class if you are interested in this position again you must have verifiable in person in home sales presentation experience or something along those lines, a valid drivers license image photo, a image of your social security card, and images of your auto insurance paperwork to show on the first day of training. This is the season for this industry and there is lots of money to be made. This position is 1099 so you will be responsible for your own taxes at the end of the year.
