Position Overview

As Project Manager, you’ll be the hub of communication between clients, team members, and subcontractors—ensuring projects run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule. You’ll oversee project planning, client communication, scheduling, budget tracking, and progress reporting, while keeping everything organized in Houzz Pro.

Key Responsibilities

Provide weekly updates to clients on all active projects

Coordinate with Superintendent to create two-week lookahead schedules

Schedule and manage subcontractors and materials

Collaborate with Admin on subcontractor payments and timelines

Keep project schedules updated and communicate changes to all stakeholders

Handle change orders with PSA/Estimating

Maintain accurate, up-to-date client profiles in Houzz Pro

Conduct final walk-throughs with clients and appropriate sales staff

Monitor client payments and communicate with Admin

Submit RFIs to architects/engineers as needed

Track weekly job expenses and labor hours

Maintain and update bid sheets for budget tracking

Lead the weekly production update portion of office meetings

Order project materials and update material tracking sheets

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience in residential construction project management

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Familiarity with Houzz Pro or similar project management tools

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
