Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for aesthetics and surgical care. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a board-certified plastic surgeon and be part of a dynamic, supportive team. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups
Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures and minor surgeries
Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skincare)
Collaborate on treatment planning and patient education
Monitor and manage post-operative care and recovery
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and EMR notes
Support the team by assisting with quotes, patient flow, and occasional front desk help when needed
Qualifications:
Current PA license (state-specific)
1–3 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or surgical care preferred
Proficiency in injectables and aesthetic treatments is a strong plus
Excellent clinical judgment and bedside manner
Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused
Strong communication and organizational skills
