We are looking for a Registered Nurse with years of experience working as a Director of Nursing to oversee all care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Work with AHCA to achieve improvements in annual survey & star rating.

Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Work closely with staff to improve staff morale and reduce turnover.

Requirements:

Years of leadership experience, working in a skilled nursing facility.

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible and compassionate

Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

Registered Nurse

Valid FL nursing license or willing to quickly obtain one

Compensation: This client will pay for top talent! We will tell them up -front the least acceptable salary you would need, with an increase, to make a job change. Top salary is possible for the right person!

Full -time permanent position with full benefits. Not an agency job, we are only introducing you.
