Administrative Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the face of your department: Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide friendly, accurate support to clients and staff.
Keep us organized: Maintain records, update databases, file important documents, and manage calendars.
Support essential programs: Assist with preparing legal and case files, government forms, and other important documents.
Master multitasking: Coordinate mail, manage supply inventory, schedule meetings, and track departmental expenses.
Make data matter: Enter and retrieve data, create reports, and keep our information systems up to date.
Be a reliable team player: Collaborate with colleagues, follow through on tasks, and contribute to a respectful and efficient work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
A high school diploma or GED, plus at least 3 years of general clerical and computer experience.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (with a current certificate).
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with data entry systems.
A knack for staying organized, paying attention to detail, and managing time well.
