Job Description
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Schedule client appointments and manage sign-in logs.
Distribute incoming mail and route to appropriate staff.
Monitor and manage general office supplies and restock as needed.
Assist staff with typing, copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Provide support to case managers or program staff with clerical tasks.
Data Entry
Ensure front desk coverage at all times during business hours.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist with basic housekeeping tasks in shared spaces when necessary.Company Description
