Volt is immediately hiring a Hybrid Supply Chain Analyst with a well-known industry leader in Maplewood, MN.
In this role you will assist in developing the long-term goals and objectives for a new division of the organization.
This is a first shift position.
As a Supply Chain Analyst you will: Be highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provide best practice sharing within and between work groups.
Provide process support to global logistics operational execution.
Manage key process indices, Provide data support, Manage reporting processes, Track execution progress, Orchestrate communications, Oversee and implement organizational change management, Executive report outs, Coordinate and advance stakeholder communication, Navigate interdependencies across the organization, Stakeholder roadblock resolution and project leader development in the organization.
Provide leadership and coaching for large cross-functional interdependent complex global projects.
Estimated Duration up to 36 months.
The ideal candidate will have: Communication content, comms/marketing background (possibly ENG, too). Operational experience Executive level content/collateral development.
Creating visually appealing and effective slides that enhance strategy understanding and engagement.
Helping organize and manage the development of the strategy and content to meet deadlines and objectives Ability to help craft the compelling narrative that aligns with the strategic goals Executive presentation content skills and Strat planning experience Logistics domain subject matter experience would be plus but is not necessary Communications and Change management experience a plus but is not necessary BS Degree Pay Rate: $76.33 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
