Analyze performance of processes to identify problem areas and compiles results in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, and summaries.
Establish standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
Modify existing databases and database management systems Research operations data and sales data to drive actionable insights on a product, category and general business level.
Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to eCommerce platforms.
Mine data to understand trends and future opportunities to reduce customer contacts, improve customer experience and increase eCommerce revenue growth.
Work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas.
Build and maintain new reports, or enhancements to existing reports for eCom Customer Service team.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues for eCommerce and Customer Service team Handle operational data requests, and provide visibility to tracking data for emerging issues reported by sites.
Salary $122,000+ DOE.
