BAE Systems’ Digital Architecture Team (DAT) is looking to hire a Frontend Engineer to join our team. We are responsible for building microservice cloud infrastructure and data collection software.
Our team built a highly scalable containerized gRPC microservices platform and micro-frontends web applications. We are looking for a talented Web Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop high-quality web applications that meets team standards.

Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in web application development.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Strong experience with React.js and its core principles.
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Solid understanding of Next.js framework and server-side rendering.
Some experience with Dockers, Kubernetes.
Skills:
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Understanding of asynchronous programming and Promises.
Proficient with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of front-end build tools like webpack and Babel etc.
Experience with Test frameworks such as Jest and Jasmine or Mocha (optional).
identify, document, and the track software defects using issues tracking tools like JIRA.
Soft skills:
Excellent in problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable working in startup company mode
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Experience with Typescript
