BASIC FUNCTIONS
This individual shall coordinate and provide administrative support on various projects, products, development efforts, and strategic initiatives across the organization and in conjunction with development efforts with strategic partners and outside OEM ventures. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Provide support to the program management team for all business & personal needs including: calendar management, arranging travel, arranging digital & in person meetings & drafting correspondences.
Interface daily with clients, account managers and internal departments to quickly resolve issues.
Compile, maintain & report on contract performance analytics.
Work with Program Management team to attain required Key Performance Indicators.
Performs order entry, review, track, and process orders, and create credit requests.
Manage internal customer requirements for all program management related orders.
Track individual supply chain (vendor) quality and delivery ratings.
Understand and comply with all customer quality requirements.
Support a safe work environment, using safety equipment, ensure safety equipment used in the areas is proper, safe, and used in a productive manner.
Follow established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and safety standards.
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS
Comply with all requirements of International Standard ISO9001 and ISO27001, NIST 800-171, CMMC – Cyber Security and Informational Data Security Requirements. Aerospace Management System Standards AS9100, AS9120, IDEA-QMS-9090, ASA-100 and supporting construct standards AS6081, IDEA-STD-1010, AC7402-CAAP, CCAP-101, FAA AC00-56, ANSI/ESD S20.20. All employees shall commit and comply with the requirements of AS5553 for Counterfeit Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts – Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation and Disposition practices.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCY
High school diploma (or equivalent) but college education preferred.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Effective verbal communication skills
Strong customer empathy/superior customer service skills.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
