Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Occupational Health Department in the role of Occupational/Employee Health Specialist (RN). This position is a 0.7 (28 hours per week) and works Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Other times as needed. This position works independently and in conjunction with other hospital employees to assist with programming needs

POSITION SUMMARY

The Occupational/Employee Health Specialist works independently and in conjunction with other hospital employees to assist with programming needs. Builds relationships with, and markets to area businesses. Participates in strategic planning and marketing activities and guides occupational health program. Promotes health and safety at various organizations outside of hospital. Is responsible for performing physical assessments, Heath Risk Assessments, monitoring the drug screening process and audiology screening process.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

Minimum of an associate degree in a health care profession

CPR Certified

Computer literate

Current WI Drivers License

Valid Wisconsin RN License

FTE: 0.7 (28 hours per week)

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
