Sr. IT Support Engineer (Multiple )

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and 1 year of IT experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field and 2 years of IT experience.

Must have one year of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, including each of the following: Daily operations of interdependent systems involved in the production of N3/N5 advanced microchip manufacturing; Troubleshooting integrated IT systems pertinent to semiconductor processes, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Advanced Process Control (APC), and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC); Project management experience, encompassing work breakdown structures, risk assessment, resource integration, prioritization coordination, and change management; Cross-team negotiation, including transoceanic and cross-time zone remote clean room operations; Visual data analytics, with a focus on developing and maintaining a visual analytics platform for the assessment of team performance metrics on a daily basis.
