Machine Operator

The Advance Group is currently seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator for a steel tube and bar facility located in Holland, OH. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience operating a variety of machines.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Operate a variety of machinery

Read a ruler, caliper, and perform mathematical calculations

Bend and lift steel tubing repetitively and quickly

Load and unload steel tubes on production lines

Perform quality inspections

Compensation for the Machine Operator:

$18hr + $2hr shift premum for 2nd shift

Hours for the Machine Operator:

Hours are Monday â Friday 3:30pm-12am

Train on 1st shift for up to 1 month before moving to 2nd (6:30am-3pm)

Overtime on Saturdays if needed

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

Must have prior machine operating experience

Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently

Good attention to detail

Comfortable standing all day and working in hot, loud environments

Experience with micrometers and calipers is preferred

Must be able to pass a drug screen and extensive background check
