Position Summary

A dynamic role within a growing 501(c)3 organization with a remote/hybrid team and a dedicated network of members. The Program Coordinator will work closely with TAG’s Director of Programs to support and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s key programs. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage logistics, content delivery, and member engagement for virtual and in-person events. As TAG continues to expand its programming, the Program Coordinator will engage regularly with members, ensuring a high level of service and support. Fluency with technology and a strong commitment to inclusion are essential. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with other TAG staff, partner organizations, and program participants to deliver high-impact offerings that align with TAG’s mission and member needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution

Collaborate with the Director of Programs to implement and manage TAG’s programs, including the Virtual Learning Series, Emerging Leaders Initiative, and Inclusion by Design.

Coordinate logistics for all events and activities, ensuring smooth operations, participant satisfaction, and adherence to organizational goals.

Assist in tracking workplan deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring program outcomes are met.

Lead communication efforts with event participants, speakers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and preparedness for each event.

Other duties as assigned by Program Director

Content Support & Development

Work with TAG staff to assist in developing and distributing educational content such as webinars, workshops, and online programs.

Coordinate with the Director of Programs and the Director of Engagement to gather and prepare materials for program promotion and member engagement.

Support the maintenance of TAG’s Knowledge Management tool by gathering, indexing, and posting relevant content.

Evaluation & Learning

Track and compile data on program performance and outcomes for internal and external reporting.

Collaborate with the Director of Programs to evaluate program impact and member engagement, using this feedback to inform future offerings.

Assist in creating post-program evaluations and follow-up measures to assess long-term impact.

Partnership & Participant Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for program participants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues.

Support the development and nurturing of partnerships with national and regional philanthropic organizations.

Collaborate with the TAG team to update the CRM with relevant partner and member information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.

2+ years of experience in program or event management, preferably within the nonprofit or philanthropic sector.

Demonstrated commitment to inclusion principles and working with diverse populations.

Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Experience with virtual workplace tools such as Office365, Slack, Zoom, and Asana.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
